About Us

CBeyond Ltd is a family-owned limited company, founded on 28 December 2005 (Companies House registration 5663249).

Roger Greene is the Managing Director and Principal Consultant.
He has a BA Honours degree (first class) and PhD, both from the University of Leeds.

Vicky Greene is the Company Secretary.
Vicky has a BA Honours degree (upper second) also from the University of Leeds.

Experience

Roger has 26 years experience of management in the NHS. He spent 12 years as Chief Executive of 2 NHS Trusts in the south-east of England providing the full range of acute, community and mental health services.

During this period Roger either chaired or participated in a wide range of Regional, National and Department of Health working groups, particularly in the area of Information Management and Technology. He was a founder member of the influential national NHS Chief Executives Information Forum.

Roger’s Consultancy and training assignments have included;

The Route to Foundation Trust status for an NHS Trust.
Workshops for key leaders and staff in public and third sector organsiations, ranging from Strategic Vision, through Shaping Contagious Change, to Personal Effectiveness and Time Management.
Board Seminar "Inside the Head of an NHS Chief Executive" for a major supplier of IT services to the NHS.
Reviewing Information leadership and the implications of Payment by Results in 5 NHS Trusts in the south-east of England
Organisation Readiness reviews for IM&T investments in Trusts and PCTs in the NHS
Board readiness workshops for the National Programme for IT (NPfIT) in the NHS
Developing a Clinical engagement strategy for the NPfIT in the Surrey and Sussex Strategic Health Authority area.
Running regular workshops and learning opportunities for NHS Directors with responsibility for NPfIT in Trusts and PCTs
A comprehensive Governance review for a Health Informatics Service in the NHS.
Developing a customer-focussed Business plan for a Health Informatics Service in the NHS.
Providing Management services and support to a £3m-turnover Christian Charity

In addition Roger and Vicky have served as Trustees of several Charities, giving them a clear perspective on life from the non-executive side of the Board-room table.
